The SEZ is a ready-to-install system with the rotor pressed directly onto the spindle. This means fewer interfaces, greater efficiency and more precise positioning. By integrating the spindle bearing into the motor, the design is more compact than servo motors with a separate spindle.
The SEZ is based on a modular construction system. This makes it flexibly scalable for different applications.
The positioning and force control of the SEZ provide fundamental advantages against other linear technologies, such as pneumatic cylinders. These include, above all, the high energy efficiency of the electric cylinder and the low commissioning costs.
Compared to other linear technologies such as the pneumatic cylinder, the SEZ is significantly more effective and provides greater positional accuracy.
