We offer you a comprehensive overview of the drive system and the relevant components. The training course focuses on the practical use of the products.

This training course combines SUL 30 and 31. Participants receive comprehensive training on the central servo drive system KE/KW, on the decentralised drive system and the relevant components.

Functional Safety KW-R07 / -R17 / -R27 & iX / iC / iDT5 – SUL 40

We practise using the AMKmotion safety technology and the safe parameter editor SafePMT. The placing of commands takes place via local safety inputs and safety outputs. As an option, the course includes the control of functional safety via the FSoE protocol with an FSoE master.

Basic Knowledge of AMKmotion Control Programming – SUL 50

In our comprehensive CODESYS training course you will receive a detailed introduction to the automation framework. We start with the basics of programming and data types, including the use of variables – both local and global.

AIPEX PRO (CODESYS V2) with AFL3 Libraries – SUL 51

We explain the use of a virtual master as a setpoint generator for synchronous operation and positioning. In addition, participants learn how to integrate an EtherCAT I/O terminal and how to read and write parameter values. You will learn to use visualisation elements (WebVisu) and find out how to create a PLC programme for drives.

We use modern media to give participants an overview of AIPEX PRO and show them the relevant components. The training course focuses on the practical use of the software. For this reason, suitable training equipment is available to participants for the duration of the course.

Who are our training courses aimed at?

Our programme of training courses is primarily aimed at plant engineers and those commissioning a plant for the first time. In addition, we offer training courses specifically designed for service and maintenance staff.

Can the training courses be adapted?

Yes, our training courses are flexible and can be customised and extended to meet your learning objectives. Once you have signed up, our training team will contact you to discuss your needs.

What is included in the training course?

The fee includes the content described in the programme and the training materials. In the case of courses held at our training centre, catering is also included.

What do I need to bring to the training course?

Please bring a notebook with pre-installed AIPEX PRO software for the practical exercises. The company licence is not included in the training fee. Please remember to order any company licences required before the training course.

Do you offer on-site training, too?

Yes, the training courses can also be held on your premises. This requires us to deliver our training equipment to the desired training location. Practical training cannot be provided directly on your machines.
