Your tasks
In the 3.5-year apprenticeship as a technical product designer, you will learn about the process of product development and product creation in production. You will create 3D models for components and assemblies on a PC using a CAD program. The creation of technical drawings is also part of the training.

Your job training
- Your training lasts 3.5 years (42 months)
- Location: Kirchheim unter Teck
- Vocational school takes place 1-2 days per week at the Friedrich-Ebert-Schule in Esslingen-Zell. The school has very good transport connections and is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station in Esslingen-Zell.
Requirements
- Good secondary school diploma or higher education degree
- Technical understanding and interest as well as good mathematics, physics and computer skills
- High degree of spatial imagination
- Recognition of correlations as well as a systematic and logical way of thinking
- Great willingness to learn and perform, motivation and ability to work under pressure
